Trust is slow to build, easy to shatter, and unredeemable.

 

In 1778, the Federalist Party won the trust of Americans and dominated politics with ratification of the Constitution of the United States of America. Washington, Madison, Jefferson, Hamilton, Adams, and others were united in assuring that We the People were recognized as sovereigns. 

 

In a breach of trust, President Adams attacked free speech using the Alien Acts of 1798. President Adam had Congressman Matthew Lyon imprisoned for say Adams “had an unbounded thirst for ridiculous pomp.” 

 

With their trust betrayed, Americans withdrew our confidence. The election cycle of 1800 replaced the Federalist Party’s dominance. The elections of 1802 erased the Federalist Party from relevance.

Breach of Trust is indicated by Mr. Trump seeking to overturn the 2020 elections by coercion in Georgia and mob rule in DC, felony and civil convictions, unconstitutional tariffs, masked ICE agents brutalizing people without warrants, troops deployed in cities, airplane bribe, ballroom bribe, and crypto pardon and bribe. The “No Kings” rallies and Nov 2025 elections indicate the American people are done with the Republican Party, as they were done with the Federalist Party in 1800.

I was a Republican since leaving the Army in 1980. I ran for Congress as a Republican in 1982. I have a personal duty to the Constitution. I am an American Infantry veteran, sworn to defend the Constitution. I cannot convey the extent of my contempt for sending thugs into cities dressed as soldiers to for partisan politics:

  • President Trump to the Generals and Admirals, Sept 30, 2025: "The Democrats run most of the cities that are in bad shape... It seems that the ones that are run by the radical left Democrats, what they have done to San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Los Angeles. They're very unsafe places, and we're going to straighten them out one by one, and this is going to be a major part for some of the people in this room. That's a war too. Its a war from within... we should use some these dangerous cities as training grounds for our military, National Guard, but military. Because we're going into Chicago very soon. That's a big city with an incompetent governor, stupid governor, stupid."
  • Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem: "We will continue to sustain and increase our operations in this city. We are not going away. We are staying here to liberate this city from the socialist and burdensome leadership that this governor (Newsom) and this mayor (Bass) have placed on this country and what they have tried to insert in this city." As a side note, at this event, Secretary Noem staff forced US Senator Padilla to the ground and handcuffed him.

President Trump appointed Judge correctly issued a permanent injunction against President Trump deploying troops into Portland. 

Based on questioning by the Supreme Court on tariffs, it seems likely they will also defend the Constitution.

A wave of contempt is building against the Republican Party for choosing loyalty to a man over duty to the country.

My hope is Attorney General and Senator Mullin with break from the Republican Party before the Supreme Count tariff decision so they can separate themselves from MAGA corruption.

Conservative need alternatives to corrupt Republicans and socialist Democrats.

Key issues that can be won:

  1. Pocketbook issues today:
    1. No depriving children food for political games.
    2. No Taxation without Representation. Mandate that only Congress can impose tariffs. Tariffs are horrible for working Americans. They are a tax on those who consume. Article 1, Section 8.
    3. No federal raids on places of work. 
  2. Pocketbook issues next year:
    1. The Dallas Fed and EIA have warned of much higher gas prices coming.
      1. Dallas Federal Reserve survey of oil companies cited comment: “Shale core exhaustion and inventory concerns are mainstream and well-documented issues. Shale will likely tip over in five years, and U.S. production will be down 20 to 30 percent quickly. When it does—this feels like watching the steam roller scene in Austin Powers. Oil prices in the late 2020s will be something to behold.”
      2. OilPrice.com: EIA Calls Peak Shale as Drilling Activity Declines
    2. Tariff harms to farmers this year will likely have multiplied consequences in 1-3 years that reduce food supply and increase food prices.
    3. Support free market renewable energy. 44% of Oklahoma electricity is from renewables. Oil drilling is down 6% from a year ago and 70% below when the Fracking Boom was tapped between 2010-2015. 
      1. Oklahoma can be a center for renewable job creation.
      2. Renewable energy is booming in Texas because of free markets that ignor MAGA hostility there.
    4. Support free markets in transportation innovation:
      1. Electric cars have reduced oil demand by about 2 million barrels per day. Without that reduction in demand, their would be supply shortages and radically higher gas prices today. 60% of Americans cannot afford to replace their car, so higher gasoline prices will hit low income people very hard.
      2. Enforce the Oklahoma Constitution that forbids the current Oklahoma DOT and City DOT monopolies on transport networks in the public Rights of Way. 5x5 enforces the Oklahoma Constitution. Privately funded transport networks 5 times more efficient that roads pay 5% of gross transport revenues to use the airspace over approved public Rights of Way. Article II, Bill of Rights, SECTION II-32. "Perpetuities and monopolies are contrary to the genius of a free government, and shall never be allowed, nor shall the law of primogeniture or entailments ever be in force in this State."
      3. JPods can create jobs in Oklahoma by Nov 2026 if the Oklahoma Constitution is enforced in 2025. We are building in Iraq.
    5. Support the shift of the oil industry from high volume, fast depletion, low margin business model to slow depletion, high value, higher margin uses. Burning oil to move 2-tons to move a person with the 25 mpg efficiency of the Model-T is a consequence of Federal Socialism unconstitutionally put in place by President Wilson in 1916.
      1. Federal highways are unconstitutional. Internal improvements are State Sovereignty. It is upside-down that MAGA is supporting socialism put in place by Democrats:
        1. Wilson’s 1916 transportation monopoly.
        2. FDR’s 1936 energy monopoly.
      2. Read then menu items for vote in the Constitutional Convention, veto messages, etc….
      3. Unanswered calls to action by the last 10 US presidents to end foreign oil addiction because of their direct threat to national security. Failure to answer resulted in oil-dollar funded terrorist attacks and sacrificing of American soldiers in oil wars since 1990.
  3. Moral issues
    1. Citizen will first vote their wallet, then their morals. “No King” and gross violations of the Constitution by President Trump is likely cost everyone that has not rejected the corruption openly.

I personally will vote for policies I hate to oppose morals that are unconstitutional.
